The 'Sibyle Gauloise' is probably Marie Anne Adelaïde Lenormand [1772-1843] whose predictions at the time of the Congress of Aix-la Chapelle, 1821, caused her to be arrested for sorcery. Signed by Chaussegros on p. 5. Produced in Paris.
