Take part in research

Separate sheets, two sheets per financial year. Each gives list of patients' names, rate paying, and amount each month paid, with monthly totals; also gives numbers of males and females each month. First sheet also gives numbers of patients paying the different rates in September 1844. Up until March 1874 the sheets were given a running number. Sheet for October 1874 - March 1875 is missing 69 statement sheets in total
