Description

Photograph of a stone tablet commemorating James Parkinson (1755-1824) English surgeon and apothecary. The tablet is found inside St. Leonard's Church, Shoreditch, London. The negative was presented to the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum by a Dr. A. D. Morris who was invovled in the erection of the memorial.
