Painting of a hexagon outlined in blue, framed by red blocks with a black chain running through them, surrounded by black. Within the hexagon in the centre is a lock, a key and a wheel; the wheel is marked F.12 (with double underlining). Inscribed by the creator on the front. Creator's name and date of creation are inscribed by Edward Adamson and the creator on the reverse.
