Includes a flyer: "Aufruf an alle gebildeten und edelgesinnten Menschen!", of the "Comité für Befreiung der Homosexualen vom Strafgesetz" (Berlin, Oktober 1899). Includes 3 case histories (2 by KE), abstracts of literature on deviant sexual behaviour, and offprint: Ladame, "L'obsession du meurtre".
