The items were previously part of the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum but are not held by Wellcome Collection. No particulars are known about most of the statues. The one third from right on the middle row was purchased at auction by the Museum in 1935 and given accession number A140082. It was removed from the Museum's holdings in 1966.
