  • RAMC/1264/1: Photocopies of reports and correspondence in the Public Record Office, re Barry's career in Mauritius (1828), court-martial at St. Helena (1836), organisation of both civil and military hospitals on St. Helena (1838-1839), and cholera, typhoid and typhus fever in Malta (1848), 1828-1846.
  • RAMC/1264/2: Photocopies of two letters (1804-1805) from Mary Anne Bulkley of Merchants Quay, Cork, Ireland, to her brother, James Barry, R.A., re her husband's fall in fortune and her anxiety to provide for her daughters, 1804-1805.
