Description
In the early 1990s, a researcher in the Department of Physiology, UCL, was accused of falsifying data. An article based on the falsified findings had been published in the Journal of Physiology in 1994 and a retraction statement had to be produced. The Physiological Society was also involved in the investigation into the allegations.
