C., November 9, 1918. * NotTes ON THE PResENT Epipemic oF INFLUENZA. ; ‘Up to and including November 9, 1918, there have been reported from all shore stations in the United States 54 585 cases of influenza with 2 ,795 deaths. For the week ended Novem- ber 9, 1918, there were 1 ,295 cases reported from shore stations as against 1,793 cases reported . during the week ended November 2, 1918. _ Except for four new cases which developed in the . Pacific Fleet no recent reports have been received from other ships.
