7 case histories with KE margin notes. Materials from one patient: 1 long text written by him, with pencil drawings, including an essay "Über die Reform der Armenfrage in Österreich und Wien", 2 letters from same patient (14 pages, undated, end missing; 27.1.1891, "ad Bürgermeister Felder"). 1 case collection on female patient, cover and closing remarks by KE, autobiography of patient, the by far longest in the collection (close to 100 pages).
