Description
A parody of the sixth scene of Hogarth's Marriage à la mode. The poison bottle on the floor is labelled "Disestablishment poison" and a handbill next to it is printed "Last dying speech and manifesto of counsellor Silvertongue. Signed G.O.M. Price 1d" Left, George Goschen walks away with "Goschen elixir" in his pocket
