2 volumes, each consisting of separate volumes of diaries bound together in hard covers. Comprises the following:

  • PP/HO/C/C1: Diaries and retrospect of early life, 1797-1800. Includes Part 1 comprising a retrospect of the years 1772-1795, written in 1800. The diaries cover 1797 to 1799. Extent: 222ff; originally each part paginated separate.
  • PP/HO/C/C2: Diaries, 1799-1809. Includes copy of a memorandum found after the death of the author in 1807, covering the final period of her life, with the original attached as f124A; also pressed flowers between ff31/32 and 52/53. Extent: 168ff; 125 inclusive onwards are blank).
