Correspondence

File contains the correspondence of Mary Maddox and papers sent to her. These include letters from doctors hoping to see apparatus Maddox has and some pages of notes on the first meetings of the group attempting to set up the British Orthoptic Society with some annotations. Other documents include a report on the archive collection of Miss Elizabeth Lowdes Yates to be added to the British Orthoptic society's collection. The report contains brief descriptions of many items in the Madox Collection.
