Biographical note
To enable more productive and organised collaboration with the WHO, at the IEA Council meeting in August 1974 (Brighton, E. Sussex) Dr. Louis Masse was appointed 'Liaison Representative' with the WHO, and in 1975 the IEA Council was constituted to ensure representation from each of the six WHO Regions.
