Previous title, replaced January 2025: A sketch of a woman painting, the backs of easils in the foreground are painted brown. Pencil drawing with gouache by Brenda Marshall, 1958.

This is possibly an unfinished work, and possibly a study of another patient in the art studio at Netherne Hospital. Creator's name and date of creation are inscribed on the reverse, probably by Edward Adamson.
