Photograph of a replica parturition or birthing chair based on a 18th century chair from Isasondo, Spain, with caption on chairback, likely as displayed in the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum. Another photograph of this image was accessioned by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum on 12th October 1935 (PHO 5267).
