Colour negative of a painting by Erich Erler, 1904, of Paul Ehrlich (1854-1915), German physician and scientist. The negative was lent to the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum by Gunther Schwerin, at which time the original painting was held by Stefanie Schwerin, daughter of Ehrlich.
