Description

Reproduction of a diagram of the forearm muscles based on a clay model of the forearm from Knossus, Crete in the Late Minoan I period (about 1500 B.C.). The reproduction is from Singer, Charles: The evolution of anatomy : a short history of anatomical and physiological discovery to Harvey, being the substance of the Fitzpatrick lectures delivered at The Royal College of Physicians of London in the years 1923 and 1924, (London: Kegan Paul, Trench, Trubner, 1925).
