Photograph of an item from the Hildburgh Collection of Austrian and Bavarian Amulets acquired by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum (Hildburgh Collection no. 3857). Necklace hung with three medallions of the Madonna and Child, St. Francis and Ignatius loyola. It would have been put in a child's bed for protection. Related images: M0016836-M0016864
