Description

Photograph of a glass sphere with three stems, a double focus type x-ray tube type intended for use with alternating currents so that the cathode rays passed first in one direction and then in the other. It was purchased by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1929 and accessioned in 1956 (accession number R169/1956). It is not held by Wellcome Collection.
