Description

Small glass vessel found in Jerusalem, possibly Arabic workmanship. Amber coloured. Very similar in shape to the little Roman spouted-vessels that were probably used for feeding children. The item was purchased by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in Jerusalem in 1933 and accessioned in 1936 (accession numbe R96/1936). It is not held by Wellcome Collection.
