Photographs

File consists of photographs on paper and related documents, taken at the seminar on , "Public Health in the 1980's and 1990's: Decline and Rise?", which was held at the Wellcome Trust Centre for the History of Medicine at UCL, on 12 October 2004 (postponed from 30 March 2004). The seminar was part of the Wellcome Witnesses to Twentieth Century Medicine meetings also known as the Witness Seminars. The transcript of this seminar was published as Volume 26 of the Witness Seminar series, V. Berridge, D.A. Christie and E.M. Tansey (editors), Public Health in the 1980's and 1990's: Decline and Rise?, (London: Wellcome Trust, 2006). Documents include:

Paper copy of the individual photographs taken at the seminar which are numbered from C0022280.tif to C0022353 (some numbers missing in the series). Pictures are printed on three sheets (titled, contacts sheets 1 to 4).

Listing of the people in each photograph together with the photograph reference number (from C0022280 to C0022353).

Paper copy of selected figures used in the published volume (figures 1, 2 and 3) and some pictures that were discarded for use as figures.
