Photograph of Thomas Renton Elliot (1877-1961) British physician and physiologist, and one of the original Wellcome Trustees. The photograph was taken on 20th July 1959 during a visit to Elliot's house, Broughton Place, Peebleshire, during the joint British and Canadian Medical Associations meeting in Edinburgh.
