Photograph of two semi-nude female figures carved in ivory, one Japanese (left) and one Chinese (right). The Japanese figure was purchased in Egypt by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1931 and accessioned in 1939 (accession number R1464/1939). There are no particulars for the Chinese figure.
