Description

Photograph of three surgical instruments. The bistoury was acquired by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum at an unknown point and accessioned in 1957 (accession number R21/1957). The fleam with a crest was acquired by the Museum at an unknown point and accessioned in 1955 (accession number R101/1955) and the fleam inscribed "J.S. 1782" was acquired by the Museum at an unknown point and accessioned in 1957 (accession number R18/1957). None of the items are held by Wellcome Collection.
