Description
Photograph of a human skull with a trepanation hole in the frontal bone. The skull is from a Lugwari person, Uganda, who died in 1925. It was presented to the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum by a member of the Uganda Medical Service in June 1927 and was accessioned in 1938 (accession number R585/1938).
