Description
COMPENDIUM libri cabalistico-chymici Artephius seu Aesch Mezareph dicti de Lapide Philosophorum. With two short commentaries: in Latin. Followed by two other alchemical tracts in German, and extracts, also in German, from Johann Schroeder's 'Artzney-Schatz der Medicin'. The fourth work is illustrated with pen-drawings of sigils.

In Kopp 'Die Alchemie', 1886, Vol. II, pp. 232-234 there is a discussion of the works contained in this MS., and their connection with Knörr von Rosenroth's 'Kabbala denudata', 1677-84. It is also mentioned in Waite's 'Doctrine and Literature of the Kabalah', 1902, pp. 308-313.
