"Limb reduction defects (non-thalidomide)" [part 1]

A card accompanying the file says "Pre-Thalidomide Syndromes". Comprises Newman's notes made from his reading, articles, annotations, information sheets for drugs, correspondence, published ephemeral material including directories, information sheets and leaflet about resources, and Newman's notes and a conference programme from the "International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics Symposium on the Limb Deficient Child" held 27 August-1 September 1988. Some papers are arranged in sub-folders and some are loose. The published material dates from 1951 to 1993. Newman's notes are from 1994.
