Photograph of an oil painting by Harry Herman Salomon, after Watts, of Sir Morell Mackenzie (1837-1892), otorhinolaryngologist, a specialist in the study of the ear, nose and throat. The painting was acquired at auction from Stevens on 17-18th July 1928, Lot 553, and accessioned by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum on 8th January 1932 (CC 5581).
