L'Alchimie: théories, pratique, histoire, bibliographie textes. Author's holograph MS. of the first draft of the work, containing the first three sections only. The frontispiece is a pasted-in reproduction of Tenier's 'L'alchimiste' at the Hague. Inserted is a list of published and projected works on alchemy, from which it appears that this MS. was written probably in 1893 or late in 1892. Produced in Paris.
