Two of these were purchased in 1932. The third, purchased by E A Underwood in 1959, was acquired with the latter's papers in 1980; only a photocopy is held of this item. (acc. 65208, 81893)

Further letters by the same forger, also acquired in 1932, are at the Royal College of Physicians of London (Jenner to Hunter 4 March 1793) and Royal College of Surgeons of England (Jenner to Hunter 4 May 1793).
