Description

Two photographs on one negative. One shows the wife of Timothy Richards Lewis (1841-1886) Welsh surgeon and pathologist seated on the banks of a river in India. The other is of an Indian sculpture. This photograph was previously owned by Lewis. Both were lent to the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum by Miss H. Hannynton.
