Photograph of an electrical machine on a wooden stand consisting of a large revolving glass cylinder with padded wood black attached to two forks above a glass tube. It was purchased at auction by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1932 and accessioned in 1936 (accession number R4677/1936).
