Wooden panel of St Gallus, also known as St Gall, one of the twelve companions of Saint Columbanus. Invoked for the good health of chickens. The item was purchased by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1933 and accessioned in 1937 (accession number R4784/1937).
