Photograph of a military surgeon's surgical instrument case containing amputation instruments, bullet forceps, a trocar and a canula. Most of the instruments are signed 'Sandhill'. The set was acquired by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum at an unknown point and accessioned in 1940 (accession number R2526/1940)
