Photograph of the announcement dated 7 March 1881 by the Academie des Sciences, Institut de France of the award of the Boudet Prize for the application of Pasteur's work to the art of healing. It is one of a number of photographs accumulated by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum as part of its exhibition held in 1927 to celebrate the centenary of Lister, in conjunction with The Royal Society, The British Universities Hospitals and Medical and Surgical Colleges.
