  • RAMC/1501/2: Certification that Russell attended the course of hygiene at the Army Medical School, 1881-1882. Signed by Professor de Chaumont, Feb 1882.
  • RAMC/1501/3: List of marks gained by the surgeons on probation in the Medical Department, Feb 1882.
  • RAMC/1501/4: Russell's commission in the Army Medical Department, March 1882.
  • RAMC/1501/5: Certificate of Russell's proficiency at the course of instruction at the Army Hospital Corps Training School, May 1882.
