Photograph of a memorial plaque surmounted by a coat of arms and inscribed "Angelo Maria Giovachini da Fossombrone, Medico-Fisico di Citta San Sepolcro - 1671" [Doctor of Physic of the City of the Holy Sepulchre]. It was purchased at auction by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum iat an unknown point and accessioned in 1919 (accession number R11670)
