Letter to Galton from his nephew enclosing an account of a premonition he had about a news headline, seen shortly after in a copy of The Globe at a newsstand, and triggered by the sight of a person ["Tynan, or No.1"?]. Also includes a diagram, possibly relating to visualised numerals, labelled "Mrs Arthur Butler", and Francis Galton's notes on "Brain senses and intellect".
