Painting of depicting the Virgin Mary as a blonde woman in a long pink dress holding the Christ child and a red apple, with angels either side, one holding a lily. Inscribed in pencil on reverse by the creator. Creator's location, name and date of creation inscribed on the reverse, probably by Edward Adamson
