Description
Two drafts of 'An Act for preventing the spread of the Small pox'. With holograph additions and alterations by Dr. Jenner. Final draft as 'ordered to be printed July, 1808, and printed accordingly'. The final draft differs considerably in wording and arrangement from the first two versions. Produced in London.

Biographical note
The first two drafts (3025/1-2) are watermarked 1811, and correctly described are drafts of Lord Boringdon's Bill of 1813-14 for regulating smallpox inoculation. They are from the papers from Charles Murray and the National Vaccine Establishment.
3025/1 was sent to Jenner , and returned to Murray with Jenner's comments (see MS 5245).
3025/3 is from the papers of Charles Murray and the Royal Jennerian Society.
