Description

Photograph of a letter dated 25 April 1892 from the Obstetrical Society of London which accompanied the Diploma of Honorary Fellowship of the Society. It is one of a number of photographs accumulated by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum as part of its exhibition held in 1927 to celebrate the centenary of Lister, in conjunction with The Royal Society, The British Universities Hospitals and Medical and Surgical Colleges.
