Correspondence and papers, mainly relating to medical topics and to the Faculty of Medicine in Vienna. With miscellaneous papers of Joseph von Schneller (1811-1885), Dean of the medical Doctoren-Collegium of the University of Vienna. Comprised of the following:

MS.5149/A/1-14: Notes, etc., relating to the Vienna Medical Faculty, 1843-1848 . Notes, reports, and drafts of addresses written by Feuchtersleben, relating to the Viennese Medical Faculty.

MS.5149/B/1-171: Letters to Feuchtersleben, 1826-1849. Letters to Feuchtersleben, mainly from medical colleagues in Austria and Germany, including H P A Dameron (items 18-21), Karl Ideler (71-75), J Onderka (104-108), G H Schubert (126), S Töltenyi (144-148), and J T Tschallener (149-150).
