Photograph of a letter dated 29 January 1904 from the Medical Society of London announcing Lister's election as an Honorary Fellow. It is one of a number of photographs accumulated by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum as part of its exhibition held in 1927 to celebrate the centenary of Lister, in conjunction with The Royal Society, The British Universities Hospitals and Medical and Surgical Colleges.
