Black and white photograph of Tallulah Bankhead, an American actress, showing head and shoulders. Bankhead was openly bisexual, although preferred the term 'ambisextrous', and was romantically connected to a number of women including Patsy Kelly, Greta Garbo, Marlene Dietrich, Hattie McDaniel, Beatrice Lillie, Alla Nazimova, Blyth Daly, writers Mercedes de Acosta and Eva Le Gallienne, and singer Billie Holiday.
