Two images on one negative: reproductions of two photographs of a man with progressive muscular atrophy. The front view shows the destruction of the pectoral muscles and the alteration in the flexors of the forearm. The rear view shows the postition of the shoulder blades when the arms are elevated in front. The Serratus major is atrophied on both sides.
